Linda brings almost 30 years of insurance experience to Founders. Much of that experience has been focused in the professional liability arena. Prior experience includes 6 ½ years with RPS Healthcare, a wholesale intermediary that focuses exclusively in the medical professional field. Linda excelled in various positions with RPS Healthcare including Program Marketing, Management and Brokerage Sales for RPS Healthcare. Her most recent position was Area Vice President for the Tampa Regional office.

Prior to joining RPS healthcare, she spent 16 years in leadership roles within the Brown & Brown, Inc. organization. Her responsibilities included Profit Center Manager, Retail Management, Sales Management, National Program Management, and Regional/National Marketing positions.

Linda earned her BA in Business Management with the University of South Florida and holds her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. She brings a wealth of knowledge in the placement of medical professional, regulatory liability and ancillary lines for the healthcare and social service industries.

Linda has accepted a position with Founder’s Professional as Practice Leader for our Medical Professional Department. She will have responsibility for developing agency and carrier relationships with a healthcare focus. She will also be expanding our product offerings to include integrated professional liability products, regulatory liability, cyber/privacy liability and other lines designed specifically to address the ever changing exposures of the healthcare delivery system.
