Robb has an extensive background in all areas of Professional Liability. Robb joined FoundersPro in November 2009. He started his insurance career in 1994 with The Westfield Insurance Companies as a Property & Casualty Marketing Manager. Prior to joining FoundersPro, Robb spent ten years with various operations of Brown & Brown Insurance, including most recently Peachtree Special Risk as Vice President and Professional Liability Broker.
Robb holds a bachelor of science in business from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from The University of Toledo.

Aaron joined Founders Professional in July 2015. Aaron brings an extensive background in marketing and business development to FoundersPro. Before joining FoundersPro, Aaron worked as the Director of Marketing for Paragon Underwriters, an independent insurance agency that is a state administrator of numerous professional liability insurance programs. While there he focused on marketing and sales of niche insurance programs to professional firms and associations. Prior to that Aaron worked for NBC Universal Television Group doing advertising sales, working with global brands such as Disney Cruise Lines and Walmart.
Aaron is known and appreciated for his knowledge of technology and abilities in customer support and service. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration/Prelaw from Michigan State University.
Aaron focuses on business development and corporate marketing for all of the FoundersPro verticals.

Jackie joined Founders Professional in November 2015 with an extensive background in customer service and business management. Starting at the assistant broker role, Jackie has learned every aspect of the business from assisting brokers and practice leaders to running her own book of business. She takes pride in working with the whole team to ensure our partners are top priority.
Jackie’s role as Operations Manager focuses on providing our teams with the support they need to capitalize on every opportunity within our growing business. With her widespread knowledge of the day-to-day skills that are needed to provide top notch customer service and the market knowledge to secure the coverages our agents need, Jackie is an integral part in growing and maintaining our partnerships with our retail and carrier partners.
In her free time, Jackie enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and cheering on the Florida State Seminoles.
