1. Download our Agent Authorization to Draft Policy Payment  Form
2. Email completed form to [email protected]

Pay by Direct Payment via ACH (NACHA) – Our Preferred Method

Commissions

Direct Deposit of Commission

In an effort to provide commission payments to your agency in the fastest way possible, we are offering direct deposit of commission.

If you wish to enroll, please take the following steps:

1. Complete the Authorization Agreement for Direct Deposit
2. Complete IRS Form W9
3. Return the agreement, W9, and a copy of a voided check to [email protected]

Please be sure to provide an email address, as we will submit policy detail via email once the payment has been transmitted to your bank.
